My social media professional friend said it was surprising as the &#8220;Mom&#8221; since she isn&#8217;t the target audience. As a brand marketer, I said it was &#8220;On brand&#8221; for their target audience (teenagers) and that I would encourage it.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/dev2.brandconstructors.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/woot_logo.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-2199\" src=\"https:\/\/dev2.brandconstructors.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/woot_logo.png\" alt=\"woot_logo\" width=\"163\" height=\"60\" title=\"\"><\/a>This reminded me of how Woot writes their job descriptions (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.woot.com\/jobs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.woot.com\/jobs<\/a>). The description is fun and if you like it, you&#8217;d probably like working at Woot. If you hate their job descriptions, you wouldn&#8217;t like working there. This is part of your brand where you prequalify people to buy from you and to work for you based on your brand personality and language.<\/p>\n<p>I don&#8217;t think Abercrombie should say, &#8220;Hello, Sir or Madam. How many I assist you on this fine day?&#8221;\u00a0Clients want to engage with your company and have a relationship. They don&#8217;t want a cold shoulder full of corporate speak and manners unless that is your market.<\/p>\n<p>How do you talk to your clients?
